Frequently asked
Does every resident need to install an app?
No. Residents can pay from the UPI link in the reminder. The Nest Resident app adds visitor passes, SOS, complaints and full bill history for those who want it.
Who holds the money?
Your association does. Payments settle directly into the association’s own bank account through the payment gateway. SYSREK never holds society funds.
Is our data safe and private?
SYSREK Nest is built by SYSREK Infosolutions, an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company for information security management. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each building’s data is kept separate, and residents only see what they are allowed to. Family contacts and care notes are shared only with consent, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Do we need gate hardware or a tablet for the guard?
No. The guard uses the Nest Manager app on any Android phone to check visitor codes. Boom barriers and RFID can be added later.
Can it handle GST if our maintenance is above ₹7,500?
Yes. SYSREK Nest checks both GST limits, adds GST to bills when your association is registered, and tracks input credit and returns. Your CA confirms the settings.
Which plan is right for us?
Most standalone buildings start with Nest Basic at ₹99 a month: bills, water charges, funds, reminders and reports for up to 50 flats. Choose Nest Plus at ₹299 when you want UPI payments with automatic receipts, tanker water split, proper accounts with GST and TDS, visitor passes and SOS. Larger communities of up to 300 flats choose Nest Pro at ₹699 for AI insights and AGM reports. You can switch at any time.
Is there an Android or iPhone app?
SYSREK Nest works in any phone browser today, with nothing to install. Android and iPhone apps are coming soon, and your data carries over automatically.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged during the 45 days. If you decide not to continue, your account is paused, not deleted, so you can come back to all your data later.
We already use another app. Can we move?
Yes. Export your data to Excel and we import it, including opening balances and pending dues. Most switches take a weekend.
